B.Tech Marine Engineering

B.Tech Marine Engineering is a 4-year course that helps the students to start their journey as a Marine Engineer after completing the 4 years of B.Tech Marine Engineering. Once the student has done 4 years of Marine Engineering, he can join the ship as an Engine Cadet, where he will be getting practical training onboard the ship. Marine Engineering acts as an entry point on the engine side of the Merchant Navy.

To join the B.Tech Marine Engineering, there are some eligibility that you need to clear in order to secure a position in top B.Tech Marine Engineering colleges.

The age of the candidate must not be more than 25 years on the day of the start of training and minimum age requirement is 17 years.

B.Tech Marine Engineering Admission Process

Written Examination

  • To get admission in B.Tech Marine Engineering, you nee to appear for IMU CET and get a good rank in IMU CET.

Document
